Job Summary

  • The Country Program Director will lead a new organizational model focused on establishing WV as a platform for wide impact and relevance in the lives of the most vulnerable children in the Dominican Republic.
  • This role is responsible for external engagement, resource development, programming and advocacy, leadership, strategy, stewardship, and collaborative models.
  • The position requires at least five years of senior management experience, a Master’s degree, and proven experience in fundraising, programming, and business.
