Job Summary
Lead and optimize the AI-enabled business performance dashboard with cross-functional BPs; track the progress of company-wise WBOs (working by outcome) and core and common KPIs.
Integrate different sources of internal and external data and insights to inform emerging opportunities and pre-empt risks; advise high-level strategic priorities , execution watchouts and best practices.
Develop fit-for-purpose, compelling and coherent storyline and key content to engage with the senior leadership team (China and Global) and CE-ON employees and cross-functions.
