The System Clinical Pharmacy Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for neurology, psychology, neurosurgery, and behavioral health across the entire Baptist Health system.
This role requires collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to develop guidelines that enhance patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be willing to travel to various sites to review practices and may serve as a coordinator for the System Residency Advisory Committee.

Key Requirements
Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
KY or IN Board of Pharmacy license required
Board certification in Psychiatric or Critical Care Pharmacy
PGY-2 residency OR PGY-1 plus 3 years experience
Minimum 5 years experience with board certification
Current BLS and ACLS certification required
Work Rights
Must have KY or IN license or be eligible within 6 months
