Job Summary
As the Director, Corporate IT, you will lead the strategy and execution of Klaviyo’s internal technology environment.
You will define and drive the roadmap for Corporate IT, lead a multi-disciplinary team of managers and senior ICs, and ensure our internal technology foundation is secure, reliable, compliant, and ready to scale.
Partner with leaders across the business to support company growth, enable an AI‑native workforce, and continually improve the employee experience through automation, self‑service, and modern IT practices.

12+ years of progressive experience in Corporate IT

Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Freshservice or ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce
