• The purpose of this role is to ensure the financial health, administrative integrity, and asset protection of the hotel through strategic management of costs, revenues, investments, security, and compliance, providing reliable data and solid support for decision-making.
• Key responsibilities include financial and budgetary management, accounting, fiscal, and financial control, cash and resource management, purchasing, inventory, and asset management, and support for internal and external audits.
• The role also involves preparing management reports and critical analysis of financial indicators, administrative and contractual management, leading finance, administrative, and security teams, and managing property security and lost and found.
