Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years RTR experience in Shared Services
End-to-end period-end close processes
Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting policies
Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis
Experience supporting internal and external audits
Nice-to-have
SAP closing and reporting experience
Familiarity with SOX or control-based environments
Proactive identification of control gaps
Continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Ability to work independently in matrix environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA) preferred
