The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between field staff, internal teams, and client representatives to communicate schedule updates and resolve conflicts.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12 months scheduling or operations experience
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with enterprise ERP systems like SAP
High-volume data entry and tracking skills
Ability to monitor work progress in real-time
Nice-to-have
Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering
Familiarity with energy network operations
Knowledge of scheduling or dispatch systems
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience with workforce management tools
Key Requirements
Minimum 12 months in scheduling or operations support roles
Essential competency in MS Office Suite (Word & Outlook)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP
