Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services to maintain and increase census and provide community information.
• The role involves maintaining confidentiality of resident information, preparing departmental budgets, and serving on various facility committees as directed by the Administrator.
• This position requires establishing and maintaining relationships with families, residents, community leaders, and the news media to promote the facility and its programs.
