Job Summary
The Virtual Producer I manages the technical delivery of live training sessions, assisting the facilitator and or host with interactive activities and moderation.
This role requires the ability to effectively provide detailed instructions to participants on using available interactivity tools and troubleshooting technical issues as these arise.
Assists with set up and testing of virtual classroom/event build out and functionality and researches, configures, tests, and incorporates interactive activities in the identified virtual delivery platform.
