Job Summary
You will organize and optimize the follow-up of contracts and existing installations (Maintenance/SAV and Télésurveillance) for a portfolio of national accounts.
Your responsibility will be to monitor the deployment and progress of maintenance visits, the perfect execution of work, and to pilot operational performance by tracking KPIs and analyzing data.
You will integrate the National Accounts Directorate which designs tailor-made solutions adapted to all types of national account clients, offering recognized expertise in the world of integration.
