Job Summary

  • You will organize and optimize the follow-up of contracts and existing installations (Maintenance/SAV and Télésurveillance) for a portfolio of national accounts.
  • Your responsibility will be to monitor the deployment and progress of maintenance visits, the perfect execution of work, and to pilot operational performance by tracking KPIs and analyzing data.
  • You will integrate the National Accounts Directorate which designs tailor-made solutions adapted to all types of national account clients, offering recognized expertise in the world of integration.
