Job Summary

  • Provide advice and leadership on employee and union or works council relations, advising management on legal/labour law/regulatory issues and risk management.
  • Drive the recruitment process at the plant level, ensure timely recruitment with required skill sets, and manage induction and joining formalities for new recruits.
  • Lead domestic enquiries, departmental enquiries, monitor labour court cases, and participate in Charter of Demands negotiations and agreement signing.
