Provide advice and leadership on employee and union or works council relations, advising management on legal/labour law/regulatory issues and risk management.
Drive the recruitment process at the plant level, ensure timely recruitment with required skill sets, and manage induction and joining formalities for new recruits.
Lead domestic enquiries, departmental enquiries, monitor labour court cases, and participate in Charter of Demands negotiations and agreement signing.
