  • Support the customer care team and deal with customer needs/requests through the provision of effective communication and attention to detail.
  • Manage growing technical complexity, within Private Banking and Wealth Management complaints, ensuring resilience in handling high level executive complaints.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
