Job Summary
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
This role requires adherence to strict regulatory requirements including FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems, and safety protocols within a global medical device organization.
Candidates will lead the development of teams by setting objectives, mentoring associates, and fostering a culture of quality and innovation through the Integer Production System.
