Job Summary

  • Provide excellent service to our guests by performing the set-up, service and breakdown of all meal functions, receptions and other related events.
  • Ensure the quality of service is neat and consistent with the standards of The Pensacola Bay Center, following directions of captains and management.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the Department and for the upkeep and proper handling of equipment, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed.
