The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
The position will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, supporting the Government of Odisha's vision to strengthen state-level health systems.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Public Health, Management, Public Policy, Health Informatics, or related field
Minimum 10 years of professional experience

Proven track record in large scale projects (ABDM, digital health, IT implementation)
