Job Summary
Provision of recreation services in accordance with resident’s wishes and needs and program standards, taking place inside and outside the facility.
This position allows the aide to use their creativity and support resident's in finding their purpose, support their emotional and social needs and provide quality independent and group activities while working with the community in providing activities such as volunteers and outings.
Leads or co-leads therapeutic recreation programs according to monthly calendar and staffing schedule. Programs include inside and outside the facility activities.
