  • Develop and maintain a strategic, long‑term partnership with assigned global and international key accounts, representing SGS at all organizational levels, including senior and executive leadership.
  • Build strong global relationships, manage shifting priorities, and quickly address client or product issues (e.g., recalls), positioning SGS as a proactive solutions partner.
