Key Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years relevant experience OR Master's degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong experience with medium to high volume assembly and test equipment technologies
  • Exceptional Project Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in DFM & DFA principles, DFMEA and PFMEA, GD&T
  • Trained/Certified in Lean and/or 6 Sigma
