Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for facilitating interdisciplinary, collaborative performance improvement activities throughout the organization.
  • Provides PI consultation, facilitation and data support to clinical CQI teams and non-clinical, operational teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • 3 years’ experience in Utilization Review/Case Management or Quality Improvement
  • Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement theory
  • Working knowledge of computer operations
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals
  • Working knowledge of databases
  • R.N. required
  • RHIA or RHIT certification
  • 3 years' experience in Quality and/or Data Abstraction
  • Epic experience
