Job Summary

  • Serve as the first Point of Contact (POC) for internal and external customers from the Stress perimeter, managing and resolving Stress incidents (L2 level).
  • Contribute to technical reviews, provide direct technical support to peers, and create awareness on new or updated procedures related to key Stress requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with agreed ways of working between European Engineering Entities and the Indian Centre, maintaining high standards of communication and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to manage suppliers and their KPIs
  • Good verbal & written English skills
  • Mobility: travel to Europe as needed
