Serve as the first Point of Contact (POC) for internal and external customers from the Stress perimeter, managing and resolving Stress incidents (L2 level).
Contribute to technical reviews, provide direct technical support to peers, and create awareness on new or updated procedures related to key Stress requirements.
Ensure full compliance with agreed ways of working between European Engineering Entities and the Indian Centre, maintaining high standards of communication and reporting.
