  • This role involves working closely with global IT operations teams, security partners, and managed service providers to ensure secure, stable, and compliant network services.
  • The position requires hands-on operational support for various network security platforms including firewalls, remote access, cloud security services, proxies, and NAC solutions.

  • Experience with Fortinet, Forescout, Zscaler, Tufin
  • Familiarity with ITIL incident, change, and problem management
  • Experience executing changes under formal change control
  • Knowledge of enterprise security concepts
  • CISSP, CEH, CISM or CISA certifications are a plus
