The Senior UAS Flight Test Engineer will plan, execute, and report on developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities for Group 3 UAS.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and hold an FAA Part 107 certificate.

Base: $146,000 - $183,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Comprehensive package available at little to no cost

Must-have
Conduct rigorous testing of Group 3 UAS
Deploy to remote test sites in US and overseas
Develop focused test plans for trials
Implement baseline safety plans for risk mitigation
Understand National Airspace System regulations

Hands-on experience with complex autonomous UAS
Work in fast-paced innovative environment
Ability to work independently and in teams
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
8+ years of experience in UAS integration, testing, and project management
Willingness to travel >75% time to remote locations
FAA Part 107 certificate holder
Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
