Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years healthcare compliance experience
In-house pharmaceutical compliance background
Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute and FDCA
Experience with HCP engagement oversight
Ability to manage cross-functional risk mitigation
Strong presentation and communication skills
Management experience in matrix organizations
Nice-to-have
J.D. or advanced degree preferred
Proactive and pragmatic risk management approach
