Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in coordinating services for resident continuity of care.
This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care while managing personnel evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
