Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the internal oversight and monitoring of all facility loading dock areas as well as coordinating with outside contractors.
  • The role includes overseeing the dock pass program, enforcing parking assignments, and inspecting elevators and escalators for safety issues.
  • Candidates receive a $500 signing bonus after 30 days and an additional $500 upon completing 90 days of service.

Salary

Base: $26.50 - $28.50 hourly; Bonus: $500 after 30 days + $500 after 90 days; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match up to 4%, RTD Eco Pass

Must-have

  • Previous experience with shipping/receiving
  • Dock control in an event environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-standard hours including nights
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in document control or administrative support
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to create Excel spreadsheets for tracking
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with shipping/receiving preferred
  • Must possess ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of background check
