  • The primary purpose of the Classroom Based Health Care Technician I/Trainer I (CBTI) position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for the people residing in his/her assigned homes and day placements through direct support and service implementation.
  • This position is a floater role, potentially serving all 3 areas of campus as needs arise, reporting directly to the Director of Resident Engagement.
  • The CBTI is involved in supporting the individual in every aspect of his/her life, providing continuous active treatment and training based on individual needs, wishes, preferences, strengths, and potential for learning.
