Must-have
5+ years mortgage servicing experience
2+ years investor accounting experience
Advanced MS Excel skills required
GSE bank reconciliation knowledge
Pooling and servicing agreements understanding
Nice-to-have
SQL or database reporting experience
Servicing Director knowledge
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to build stakeholder relationships
Experience with process documentation and automation
Key Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
5+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
2+ years prior Investor Accounting experience
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
