Job Summary

  • Demonstrates proficiency in all core estimating technical skills, assists Lead Estimator on projects, and leads smaller projects.
  • Manages project estimates and coordinates with project team to manage the preconstruction process in a smooth and efficient manner.
  • Assists or leads the estimate development, including quantities and initial pricing as required by the contract or project team and reviews with Lead Estimator.
