Job Summary

• The Resident Director (RD) reports to a Full Time Staff Member in the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life (DFSL) and provides live-in oversight of University-owned fraternity and sorority chapter houses.
• Responsibilities include assisting alumni advisors and House Corporation members in maintaining chapter facilities, overseeing move-in/move-out, room inspections, building security, waste management, life safety, and maintenance reporting.
• Remuneration includes tuition credit, a stipend of at least $17,713, health insurance, room and board in a two-room suite, utilities, wireless internet, land-line phone, cable, paid time away, and professional development funding.
