Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality within manufacturing environments
  • Proven multi-site Quality experience with matrix leadership skills
  • ASQ certification (CQE, CQA) or equivalent preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
