Job Summary

  • The Bookkeeper is responsible for supporting and recording all financial transactions, such as customer invoicing, financial agreements, payroll, monitoring receivables, paying bills, placing purchase orders, and maintaining an accurate inventory system and financial reporting.
  • Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
