Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GI Technical Specialist certification within 6 months
Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers
High school graduate education required
One year nursing assistant or medical assistant experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sliding transfers
Knowledge of infection control policies and safety initiatives
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Experience with endoscope and ultrasound information systems
Strong organizational and clerical duties capability
Key Requirements
GI Technical Specialist (GTS) certification by SGNA
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA
