Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Foreperson is responsible for the prioritization of work based on the needs of the client and for the on-time completion of all work, as well as all documentation involved.
  • This position is responsible for performing at the subject matter expert level with respect to responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventative maintenance on facilities systems, including but not limited to mechanical and HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, plumbing and piping, drains and related equipment.

Key Requirements

  • Six years' experience mechanical maintenance
  • Two years of supervisory experience
