Job Summary

  • The Leveraged Finance team provides solutions such as mezzanine financing, acquisition financing and other structured financings to mid-market clients.
  • As an Associate, Leveraged Finance you will partner with other Leveraged Finance team members to prepare and assist in presentations of financing proposals to clients and prospective clients.

  • BBA or similar undergraduate degree
  • experience in a commercial credit and/or equity investment environment
  • understand lending principles, procedures and practices
  • credit assessment and structuring
  • industry and competitive analysis
  • strong financial modeling and accounting skills is an asset
  • experience assembling proposals and making recommendations
