  • Serve as a trusted link between internal teams and the customer, managing customer purchase orders and preparing quotations.
  • Coordinate engineering change pricing, navigate customer web portals, and support RFQ activities and gAMS processes.
  • Monitor A/R overdues, analyze payment remittances, maintain sales records, and support ECR and warranty claim processes.
