Job Summary
Responsible to develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules to support project pursuits and Preconstruction development, as well as auditing and analyzing project construction schedules developed by Operations teams.
Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for new projects during the Preconstruction phase, including calculating material/work quantity requirements, owner milestones and constraints, designing schedules, permitting requirements, material lead times and on-site manpower requirements.
Develop overall plans and strategies and provide the tools to create efficiencies that enhance the quality and quantity of work produced and enhance the clients’ experience.
