Job Summary

• This role is accountable for the development and implementation of custom AI agents/skills, and is a leader in SharePoint development and maintenance, as well as a core player in the management of the organization’s intranets.
• Support the execution of Advocate Health’s internal communications content strategy, in line with the wider internal communications strategy and business strategy and priorities.
• Gather and report out on success metrics, making recommendations for continued improvement and support experimentation with new technologies to enhance message delivery and audience reach.
