SimpliFed is seeking a remote Nurse Practitioner for their Breast Pump Program in the West Region, responsible for assessing and signing breast pump prescriptions aligned with maternal health program requirements. The ideal candidate will possess relevant clinical experience and licensure, as well as a strong interest in improving maternal health outcomes
Job Summary
The West Region Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible for ensuring direct patient care is evidence-based and aligns with SimpliFed's maternal health program requirements.
Providers will be required to assess and sign breast pump prescriptions for SimpliFed patients.
This role works full time remotely using SimpliFed approved devices.

Key Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in respective clinical field (Nurse Practitioner)
Professional licensure in respective clinical field (Nurse Practitioner)
Active medical licensure in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
3 years of direct clinical experience
Professional certification as an IBCLC or CLC, preferred
Active MMIS (State Medicaid) Credentials in all states, preferred
