We're hiring a Senior DevOps Lead to build and scale an effective DevOps culture across the Caterpillar Technology division.
This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic ownership of DevOps tooling, automation standards, and operational reliability, while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with development, QA, security, and architecture teams.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in automation, DevOps, or platform engineering

Experience working in Agile / product-led delivery environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
