The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue and variable compensation, with strong business partnering skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Job Summary

  • Assist with the monthly variable compensation process, from calculating payments to providing reports for management review and approval.
  • Timely investigate and resolve commission and bonus-related inquiries from compensation plan participants.
  • Active participant in the GTM development cycle during requirement gathering, testing, and production validation process.
