The successful candidate will become the Managing Director's right hand,ensuring the smooth coordination of both professional and personal responsibilities. This role requires exceptional discretion, initiative, organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The Role As Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning executive support,personal administration, household management and lifestyle coordination. You will act as the central point of coordination between the Managing Director, family members, household staff, professional advisers and externalservice providers, ensuring that both business and personal matters are handledefficiently, confidentially and professionally.
