Job Summary

  • The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle.
  • Key responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, delivering operational support in coordination with internal and external partners, and engaging with Media Operations and key partners.
  • Supports brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery – campaign setup, traffic and launch and optimisation, and supports client and internal billing by approving invoices.
