Key Requirements

  • 7+ years facility-related work experience
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Exposure to HVAC, electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Associate's Degree in Engineering discipline
  • Universal Technician certification for CFC's
  • Operating Engineers license (SMA)
