Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
  • 3+ years' experience customer quality management
  • Automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, DOE
  • Skilled in on-site failure verification
  • Strong analytical ability using Minitab, Excel, Power BI
  • Experienced in customer interface management
  • Familiar with battery pack production processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Able to adapt to business trips
