Job Summary

  • The Administrative Law Judge reviews records, conducts hearings, determines pertinent issues, and issues decisions in accordance with the CSD rules set forth in Oklahoma Administrative Code, Progressive Discipline Standards, and other pertinent Oklahoma statutes.
  • Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the hearing, ruling on objections and motions, administering oaths, questioning witnesses, and issuing written recommendations based upon applicable provisions of law, evidence, and testimony.
  • Hearings are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, with the flexibility to travel to in-person hearings in Oklahoma City if necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Licensed member of the Oklahoma Bar Association
  • At least five (5) years of Litigation and/or Administrative Law experience
  • Significant experience with legal research and writing
  • Experience using critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated use and understanding of Office 365 or similar technology
  • Experience using courtroom technology systems
  • Must maintain being a licensed member of the Oklahoma Bar Association in good standing
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
