Job Summary
The 3PL Client Success Senior Manager ensures compliant and effective distribution processes, costs, and performance across the 3PL Distribution Network for the Prescription business.
This role requires a strong understanding of distribution capabilities, serialization requirements, DC inventory management and leads through open collaboration with cross-functional teams.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance.

Base: $125,000-$175,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term incentive program; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, generous paid time off policy
