Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and verified database of all Assets and Configuration Items throughout the IT Service Management Lifecycle.
  • Candidates will collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams to manage the introduction and retirement of assets through changes, releases, and upgrades.
  • The position requires supporting the Head of Asset and Configuration to monitor the quality of updates to the CMDB as the single source of truth.
