Job Summary

  • As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), Primary Care (House Calls) you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
  • In this role you will provide primary care using your personal vehicles to patient homes throughout Las Vegas.
  • This position offers either a $5,000 sign-on bonus, or $7,500 in relocation assistance, and a travel stipend of $12,000.
