Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Four-year engineering degree required
Two to four years utility experience
Cable design compliance with standards
Nice-to-have
Lean manufacturing core tools knowledge
Experience in product design and manufacturing
Strong real-time problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2-4 years utility distribution/transmission experience
