  • This position is responsible for working on transactions and with sponsors who specialize in the multifamily affordable and workforce housing sector.
  • The individual will be tasked to screen, analyze and manage the overall progress of loans originated by the platform.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Finance
  • Experience in affordable housing lending
  • Knowledge of LIHTC programs
  • Ability to understand loan structures
  • Experience with loan structuring and underwriting
  • Experience interacting internally and externally
  • Ability to lead transaction process
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
